Trinal, Inc., a Small Business Development and Workforce Hiring Analytics consulting firm, on behalf of Bally’s Chicago Casino Resort, is pleased to announce the launch of Request for Quote (RFQ) opportunities for suppliers and diverse certified vendors supporting the River West development project, including Hotel Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) packages for the Bally’s Chicago Casino Resort Hotel and entertainment facilities. These opportunities represent the beginning of multiple bid packages across a variety of categories that will become available throughout the duration of the project.
We strongly encourage suppliers and diverse certified vendors that are interested in participating to complete the RFQ Interest Form using the link or QR Code listed below as soon as possible. Upon submission of the RFQ Interest Form, Bid Specifications, and system login information, which is specifically tailored to the categories selected by suppliers and vendors, shall be provided by Carroll/Adams, whom is Bally’s procurement management firm. The project timeline for the Hotel – Guest Rooms, Suites, and Common Areas RFQ bid opportunity submission close date is scheduled for Wednesday, June 10th, 2026, with a product delivery date of Thursday, October 1st, 2026.
