A responsive bidder must provide a quote and a completed Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (File "02" attached here). If your company has already submitted a completed Pre-Qualification Questionnaire for this project within the past 3 years, you do not need to fill out a new version. All additional attached documents should be reviewed by interested bidders for relevant contract requirements. Completed bids will only be accepted until April 8th, 2026 @ 4PM CST. Again, please be advised that bids received without a completed Pre-Qualification Questionnaire will not be considered. Receipt of a quote, however, can precede a completed pre-qualification questionnaire as long as you inform Walsh-Vinci Transit Community Partners (WVTCP) Diversity of your intention to do so via e-mail at RLEGFE@wvtcp-rle.com.
Bids received after April 8th, 2026 @ 4PM CST will not be considered.
