Below is an important update for Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) contractors and subcontractors.The move from LCPtracker to eComply, is finally upon us.From Saturday, March 1st, 2026 – March 29th, 2026, Contractors and subcontractors will temporarily pause submission of certified payroll electronically. Once eComply is live, contractors and subcontractors will be expected to upload the payrolls they will send during this time period to the new system.Within this period, contractors and subcontractors are required to provide certified payroll by
